Tamara Namaste is a digital transformation and marketing leader with more than two decades of experience helping organizations navigate complex change and build modern digital capabilities. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and organizational design, focusing on how companies turn ambitious ideas into systems that actually work.

Most recently, she led global web marketing and digital experience transformation at TIAA, building and leading a 70+ person team responsible for digital strategy, design, development, analytics, and personalization across the organization’s web ecosystem.

Her approach is shaped by a concept she calls Leadership Choreography—the idea that successful transformation requires aligning people, systems, and strategy so organizations can move with clarity and momentum.

Tamara lives in Buffalo, New York with her two children. In her free time, she loves designing spaces, reading voraciously, traveling whenever she can, and staying active outdoors.
